Be over 18 years of age, and send us a color photocopy of your driver’s license, passport, or any form of U.S. Government issued photo identification.
Send us your measurements; including height, weight, shoe size, bust size, waist and hips.
Indicate to us if you are interested in only modeling for our magazine in solo layouts, girl/girl or boy/girl layouts. Also, please tell us if you are interested in trying your hand at video work.
Lastly, and most important; we need to know what you look like! So, please send 6-8 photos of yourself. They do not have to be professional, they can be from a digital camera or from Polaroids/point-and-shoot cameras.
